Originally hailing from Walla Walla, Wa. Lulu Lopez is on the run following her string of criminal mayhem. She is accused of stealing a very expensive and rare magical broom, being defiant and bratty, mouthing off, ruining a magical porthole painting, transmitting stolen keys to a magical kingdom, and perverting performance artists. If seen, Lulu should not be confronted or annoyed, as she can become quite unpleasant. She should, however be reported immediately via crystal ball to the crystal ball Crime Hotline. A reward is being offered for any tip that leads to her capture.

Lulu's crime spree began in Walla Walla, but soon expanded to Texas, where she grew much more brazen and daring. Please help bring Lulu to justice.
